Immigration Medical Exams

When you apply for residency, student or work status in the United States, a full medical exam is required. Ilya Kleyn, MD, is a USCIS-designated Civil Surgeon, and our staff keep the process efficient, courteous and quick.

What to Bring

• Passport or driver’s license
• Proof of immunizations, if you have it

What to Expect

• The full exam takes about 30 minutes and includes blood and urine tests.
• No fasting is needed for the tests.
• Required immunizations include MMR, tetanus and seasonal influenza.
• Same-day and express appointments are available.
• Your completed forms and results are ready in 3–5 business days.
